Threatt Counseling and Behavioral Health Services is a well-recognized NEMT company out of Petersburg, VA. Threatt was established in 2016 by owner Donte Threatt. Donte started his career working in the group home and day support field of mental health. Planning and scheduling transportation was one of his areas of responsibility. Donte became so frustrated with transportation providers being late, rude or not even showing up at all, that he started doing the transportation himself.
